Canopy zip line tours are one of the great Ecuador adventures that can be enjoyed during your vacation to Ecuador. The majority of the canopy rides, a relatively new adventure activity for Ecuador, are found in the cloud forest regions. Wearing a light harness, adventurers are clipped onto the zip line and then sit back to enjoy the exhilarating ride across the beautiful canopy of the cloud forest. Canopy is a great family activity which can be enjoyed by children (over 5 years old) and adults alike. No experience is required since a trained person sets up all the equipment, tandem rides are available for those who prefer.
