Hacienda La Alegria: Location

Hacienda La Alegria is located just south of Quito, the capital of Ecuador, about a half hour drive. Its privilege location within the grounds of Pasochoa National Reserve and close to the lower slopes of Volcano Corazon (4788m) in the heart of the "Avenue of the Volcanoes". A spectacular valley dividing the eastern and western ranges of the Andes, from the grounds of the hacienda you can experience breathtaking views of this beautiful setting.

The hacienda is close to the village of Aloag, on the west side of the Panamericana highway 40 km (25 miles) south of Quito. Transport to the hacienda is easily arranged, the best option is to use a private driver.
