La Alegria offers a wonderful country-style gastronomic experience. This haciendas culinary delight is found on the outskirts of Quito close to Pasochoa National Park. . Feasts are elaborated using exotic fruits and vegetables organically grown on the farm and are prepared with close supervision from the owners who transforms food preparation into a work of love, satisfying all the senses of the guests. The exotic flavors of native produce such as uvillas, mellocos and tender corn on the cobs only found in Ecuador are combined with the best traditional culinary styles.
