On a clear day it is possible to see a number of snow capped volcanoes - including the mighty Cotopaxi. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon visit the wonderful Botanical Gardens which are found in the heart of the new town. Here you can experience the incredible variety of ecosystems that Ecuador has to offer.
