The dining room maintains the original style of the hacienda and is located in the Main House – La Casa de la Nona. Here all kinds of delicious dishes are served, offering both a national and international flavour. Recipes are well selected and benefit from the special touch of Guadalupe, the owner of Hacienda Manteles. Thee chef, Octavio, is a local man from the village of Patate, he is in charge of preparing the different dishes on offer.
